Eric started his career with the Tax and Business Advisory Division of Ernst & Young Hong Kong and Shangahi office since year 2001. He specialized in U.S. and PRC tax and business advisory services, providing expatriate tax compliance & advisory, and tax planning services to clients from U.S., including preparation of U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns.
Eric has substantial experience in providing tax and business consulting services to clients, including consultation on investment structure, the establishment of foreign investment enterprises in the PRC, special tax preferential treatments applications, tax ruling request, corporate and individual income tax planning etc..
